Your open-dated ticket will be emailed to your nominated email address (please check your spam or junk mail folder if it does not arrive)
Download your open-dated ticket voucher
Step 2 - Redeem your open-dated ticket
Go to https://www.resmates.com.au/selfservice
Enter your voucher number + PIN number (listed in the grey section on the top of your open-dated ticket voucher)
Select your desired date of travel and cruise time
Select CONFIRM and note your booking number
Your cruise booking confirmation will be emailed to your nominated email address (please check your spam or junk mail folder if it does not arrive)
